Our Collaboration Philosophy

As an organisation, ROA believes in collaboration and partnering with other quality organisations with the objective of creating better outcomes for its clients and the regional communities it serves.

Our partners include a diverse range of organisations, from migrant and refugee support organisations who refer skilled clients to ROA and provide them support services, to employers who employ our skilled clients, to regional councils and organisations who assist us in making the connection between skilled migrants and refugees with the opportunities in their regional areas, to corporate organisations who provide us pro-bono services so we can continue delivering our services and donor organisations who provide us financial support, and many more.

HOST International

HOST International works with displaced people on their journey from crisis to protection, stability, and ‘a better life’. HOST International operates in multiple countries and actively pursues positive change, new opportunities and approaches to restore hope and dignity for displaced people. ROA is a subsidiary of HOST International.
